Pipe
Guides
By restricting lateral pipe movement
while allowing movement along the pipe’s axis, DME Incorporated
guides ensure positive alignment. Used in conjunction with pipe
loops, bellows joints and slip joints, DME Incorporated guides
protect the integrity of the pipe for proper operation.
All guides are constructed of carbon-steel
and coated with shop primer for protection.
Spider-housing design ensures positive
pipe alignment, protecting both pipe and expansion devices.
Bolted, split-housing construction
allows easy assembly.
Axial movement specified to your
needs.
Orders shipped unassembled for fast
field installation.
Pre-insulated models reduce time
and labor on the job.
To order a DME Incorporated standard
series pipe guide, you need to know pipe size, insulation
thickness and axial movement. Cross-reference pipe size
(left) and insulation thickness (top) to locate the part
number. The last digit(s) indicates axial movement required.
(Minimum axial movement is assumed unless specified.)

To
view the precise dimensions for the standard series
pipe guide you require, you first need to know the body
number of that guide. The body number can be determined
by referencing the bold two-digit number in the
part number. If you haven't done so already, use the
Standard
Series Ordering Chart to obtain the part number.
Once you have the body number of the guide you require,
look for it in the left-hand column of the chart below.
Dimensions are listed horizontally according to the
diagram.
To order a DME Incorporated pre-insulated
series pipe guide, you need to know pipe size and pre-insulation
thickness. The standard axial movement is 6". Cross-reference
pipe size (left) and insulation thickness (top) to locate
the part number. The last letter indicates that this is
an insulated-series pipe guide.
To
view the precise dimensions for the pre-insulated series pipe
guide you require, you first need to know the body number
of that guide. The body number can be determined by referencing
the bold two-digit number in the part number. If you
haven't done so already, use the Pre-Insulated
Series Ordering Chart to obtain the part number. Once
you have the body number of the guide you require, look for
it in the left-hand column of the chart below. Dimensions
