Flexible Metal Hose

Corrugated Flexible Metal Hose Assemblies are custom fabricated to meet your exact specifications. Pride and craftsmanship is evident in every assembly we build. Each flex hose is heli-arc welded and individually pressure tested to insure a leak tight installation. Type 304 stainless steel is standard and T-316 stainless is in stock for corrosive applications. The examples shown are some of the more popular fittings supplied but virtually any weldable fitting can be attached to a metal hose assembly.

Forged Flanges

150#, 300# and 600# ANSI B16.5 flanges can be furnished in forged steel, T-304 stainless, or T-316 stainless steel.

Plate Flanges

Machines to ANSI B16.5 specifications. Plate flanges are an economical alternative to forged flanges. Standard flanges are furnished with a machined flat face finish.

A wrench hex provides a positive method to tighten pipe threads. Sizes 1/4" through 1-1/2" available in carbon steel and stainless steel.

Female NPT Union

150# and 300# female pipe unions can be attached directly to the metal hose assembly. This method provides easy assembly and disassembly.

Female J.I.C. Swivels

Also known as A.N. fittings, this swivel type connection uses a flared tube with a 37-1/2 degree flared seat and a back-up swivel nut. Requires a mating male flair adaptor to complete the connection.
