Compressor flex hose assemblies are used to absorb vibration and prevent cracking the manifold or the rest of the piping. Compressor flex hose vibration absorbers are usually designed to be installed in the suction and discharge lines of compressors or on air conditioning and refrigeration systems closest to the source of the vibration. We also have compressor flex hose types that are fabricated with plain male pipe thread which can be furnished in any length using any available material applicable for such hoses. We also have compressor flex hose assemblies with hex male pipe threading which provides a more advanced method to tightening the pipe threads with the use of a wrench hex. We also have flex hoses with beveled weld ends which makes it more convenient for welding. We also have flex hoses with a female type NPT union which can be attached directly to the metal hose assembly. This type of connector provides an easier method of assembly and disassembly for the user. We also have a flex hose using a swivel type connection. Known as JIC swivels or AN fittings, this flex hose connector type uses a flared tube that has an angled flared seat and a back up swivel nut. This type of hose connector requires a male flare adaptor in order to complete the connection. DME can also fabricate flex hoses using your custom fittings.
